KTC is a creative agency based in Atlanta. Spokencode was brought on to apply it’s expertise to a number of areas, internal and external.
The agency’s existing website had a bold look and used video extensively. However, the website was not built on a content management system, such as WordPress, and required a developer to manage the content. Spokencode transformed the static design assets into a custom WordPress theme built with Beaver Builder. The end product looked exactly the same from the outside. However, it now had an “inside” users could log into and manage content and products.
WordPress WooCommerce eCommerce
WooCommerce was installed to enable the agency to sell branded merchandise. The new eCommerce features allow the agency to add products, cross sells and up-sells that helped extend their brand awareness.
WordPress with Eventbrite Ticketing
Externally, KTC planned and executed educational events nationwide for pharmaceutical companies. Each city’s event required attendees to reserve tickets. Using provided designs, a new landing page was created and launched for each city’s event. Spokencode used the Eventbrite API to create an in-page ticket experience for attendees to reserve their tickets without leaving the page.
Spokencode worked with the third-party analytics team to install provided tracking pixels. Pixels were created to track each step in the ticketing process which were aligned with a value-add click funnel.
